The purchase of digital products and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

In two words, you are fully covered and we will refund you if there is any sort of problem with your order, but since we sell digital products, which are deemed “used” once downloaded or opened, we do not offer refund if you change your mind.

Payment and Refund Policy

All transactions for purchase of digital products, resource material and online content in, are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe for using all types of credit or debit cards in different countries. Your details are not stored during this process. Since all products sold in are digital, they are deemed “used” after downloading or opening, and all purchases made on are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

Once you buy a product, it will be immediately available for download or open. The download link will be active for 30 days and for a maximum of 5 downloads. In case any of the 2 above restrictions passes and you haven’t downloaded the product, please contact us.

If there is any technical issue with the product or the procedure, please contact us immediately and no later than 7 days from the original purchase. Some examples of technical problems are: download link does not work, product is different that the one you bought, payment was completed but you did not have access to the product etc. We will do our best to fix any issues you might have, and if this isn’t possible, we will fully refund your order.

Wavenet reserves the right to amend or alter any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.


If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We process refunds within a maximum of 3 working days from the day of the approval. After that it depends from your bank when your refund will show to your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the steps below:

  • First check your bank account once more
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
  • If you’ve done all of that and you still have not received your refund, please contact us
