Do I need to create an account to order?

Yes you need an account to buy from EMBMarketplace.com. You can easily create one using your email address or quickly login with Google.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account with your email address or quickly log in with your Google account.

In order to create an account with your email address follow these steps:

  1. Move your cursor to "LOGIN / REGISTER" on the top right corner.
  2. Click "REGISTER".
  3. Fill out the form and click "REGISTER".
  4. Click the link in the email you received to set your password.

In order to log in with your Google account move your cursor to "LOGIN / REGISTER" on the top right corner, then click the blue "GOOGLE" button.

How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password and you want to reset it follow these steps:

  1. Move your cursor to "LOGIN / REGISTER" on the top right corner.
  2. Click "Lost your password?".
  3. Type your email address or username and click "RESET PASSWORD". You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
How do I place an order?

To place an order you must first log into your account.

  1. Browse through the categories to find what you need.
  2. Add items you want to purchase to your shopping cart by selecting the "ADD TO CART" button, then "CHECKOUT" when ready.
  3. If you have a coupon code click on "Click here to enter your code", type your coupon code in the box and click "APPLY COUPON".
  4. Enter your billing details.
  5. Review your order summary and select your paying method.
  6. Check the box if you read and agree to the website's terms and conditions.
  7. Click "Complete order with PayPal" or "Debit or credit card".
  8. If you selected the "Complete order with PayPal" option, a popup window will open and you will have to login or register in order to pay. If you selected the "Debit or credit card" option, enter your card's details and click "Buy now".
How do I use my discount coupon?

To use your discount coupon you have to:

  1. Add the items you want to buy in your cart.
  2. Click "CHECKOUT".
  3. Click on "Click here to enter your code".
  4. Type your coupon code in the box.
  5. Click "APPLY COUPON".

Check your order summary to see that the discount has been applied.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay safely with paypal, or with credit/debit card via paypal.

 

When and how will I get my order?

All orders are instantly available upon payment:

  1. For embroidery designs you can download immediately  after payment. You can also access the download links from your account "Downloads"
  2. Embroidery fonts are not available as a link upon purchase and are not visible in your account "Downloads" section. You will receive an email from wavenet.gr which will contain the download link. Make sure you also check into your spam folder
  3. Embroidery software is available immediately after payment. You will be provided with a download link to the installation files, installation instructions as well as your license code. All these will be available to the page that you will be redirected upon payment, also to your account "Downloads" and "License keys", plus will receive an email with all of them as well.
Will the fonts be compatible with my software?

All fonts in EMBMarketplace.com are compatible with SnS v.2.1 and EOS v.3 plus. Those are the newest versions of the software, which work with online registration (no dongle). If you have an older version with usb or parallel dongle, please contact us to update our software.

How can I return an item?

How do I view my order history?
  1. In order to view your order history you must be logged in.
  2. After logging in, move your cursor to "HELLO, [YOUR NAME]" and click on "Orders".
  3. A list of your past orders will appear. If you want to view the details of an order click the "VIEW" button.
How do I view my license keys?
  1. In order to view your license keys you must be logged in.
  2. After logging in, move your cursor to "HELLO, [YOUR NAME]" and click on "License keys".
  3. Click "VIEW" to view the details of your license key and download the certificate if necessary.
  4. Click "ORDER" to view your order of the software.
How do I re-download an item?
  1. In order to re-download an embroidery design or the SnS viewer software you must be logged in.
  2. After logging in, move your cursor to "HELLO, [YOUR NAME]" and click on "Downloads".
  3. A list of your purchased items will appear. Click on the name of the item under the "DOWNLOAD" collumn to download.
  4. If you want to re-download a font you purchased you have to check the email you received when you completed your order.
How do I change my address?
  1. In order to change your address you must be logged in.
  2. After logging in, move your cursor to "HELLO, [YOUR NAME]" and click on "Address".
  3. Click "Edit".
  4. Fill out the form and click "SAVE ADDRESS".
How do I change my account details?
  1. In order to change your account details you must be logged in.
  2. After logging in, move your cursor to "HELLO, [YOUR NAME]" and click on "Account details".
  3. From there you can change your First name, Last name, Display name, Email address and Password.
What is a Wishlist?

Wishlist is a list of items that you can save for future purchase.

To add an item to your Wishlist you must create an account or login first.

As you are browsing the products on EMBMarketplace.com you can press the "Add to wishlist" button for any item that you want to add to your wishlist.

You can view your wishlist by clicking on "WISHLIST" on the top right corner, or by moving your cursor to "HELLO, [YOUR NAME]" and clicking on "Wishlist". Then you can either add the items to the cart by clicking "ADD TO CART" or remove them from your wishlist by clicking "Remove".
